Transformation Tuesday: Day Forty!!!!!

This is what I looked like when I started Morning Meltdown 100 back in May.


First day



I took my pictures on Monday, because Today is the last day of Phase Two. The past twenty days haven't been easy. A lot of personal stuff got in the way of the work outs, and rather than going back to do work outs that I missed, I kept going. In total I missed three work outs. so the results are really for 17 days of work outs rather than twenty.


One thing I like about this program is the flexibility. You can choose how to do the work outs, do you want to work out every day, a few times, five times? Do it. For me it's been an eye opener because since there's no calendar for you to keep up with the work out, except for a sheet where you mark down how many you've done; it makes me less stress out. I've committed to 100 days of work outs, (minus three) and I'll just do them as I can.

For now I'm just chuffed with the changes I'm seeing. Since I started 40 days ago, I've lost about 25 inches just from exercise. I can't wait to see how many more I'll be losing when I reach day fifty in ten days. Wish me luck!
