On Saturday, I completed Phase One of Morning Meltdown, the Jericho McMatthews lead program on BeachBody on demand. 

I can't stress enough how hard this has been but at the same time it's been awesome to see my body changing so quickly, and dare I say it? It's been Fun. Tons of Fun.

So here are the results. I've not weighed myself, but I did my measurements. 

Seventeen inches gone in twenty work outs. I've never lost that many inches before, not in twenty days. Maybe after one whole round of PiYo.
