This past week I had to stop exercising when my period arrived. The past two months my period has behaved, but July brought it with a vengeance, so I stopped exercising on Day 53. That means that this past Monday, I retook my exercise once more on Day 54...

Though I hate pushing back my workouts, my body really needed the rest. Especially when my periods are so heavy nowadays and I end up with loads of joint pain.
So I don't have much to report, except for today is Day 55, so soon we'll see how this past 20 days went; even with the few days that I missed. I hope the results aren't too bad.
I signed up for the 5K/1mile virtual race that the USO put together for the Fourth.
But even though I signed up for a mile, I ended up doing almost the whole 5K. First time ever, and it was so much fun.
