Transformation Tuesday: The final countdown

Yesterday was the beginning of Phase Five, the last 20 days in the Morning Meltdown 100 workout. I have to say that when I started this challenge, I didn't think it would take me a long time to complete. As of last week, I have already been working out for over 100 days, a bad back has hampered my efforts to get to 100 in the workout, but I've managed to walk a mile or two even when my back hurts. Hence the progress not stalling.

I can't recommend this Jericho McMatthews' program enough. It really helps you get into the best mindset, to continue reaching goals all through the five phases. So here's to the next 18 work outs and reaching 100.
