Transformation Tuesday: Morning Meltdown Day 69

Day 69

Tomorrow will be 70 days since I started this program. I've tried to stick it to it as religiously as I can but sometimes I can't do the day's work out, and just go on a mile walk or mile and a half.  My back's been bothering me a little bit more. Though I'm grateful that through walking and Morning Meltdown 100 my posture is a lot better than it used to be, so my back doesn't hurt as much, it's just sometimes, it can't help itself LOL.


One of my favourite things this time around has been taking pictures to compare my body. Because more than getting on a scale, seeing the changes really motivates me. And this second picture is one of the best. Just 15 days ago, my calves were too chunky for my leggins. Not any more. So I guess this December I'll be breaking the old knee high boots that are in my closet gathering dust. 

June 12 vs July 30th

As I get ready to start the last 30 work outs, I'm almost sure that I'll do another round of MM100 and maybe the Barre Blend. What do you think? What is your favourite work out at the moment?
