Transformation Tuesday: Day 88

 So close to the end, I can taste it. XD



There's absolutely nothing that goes according to plan. During the last 88 days, there's been days when I didn't want to work out. I didn't want to go for a walk. My back hurt. My knees hurt. I would reach for a slice of pizza.

I still see progress, and I know that had I not stopped working out at times, or had that slice of pizza, my results would be better by now. Maybe not. I'll never know. My main point is that, I've not stopped. I've not gone back to the whole, I can't do this, mentality. I've stayed on. 



Yes, I still indulge in things like pizza etc. I still think that it's okay to do so because putting restrictions on myself, only makes things worse. XD And I think you should be able to have a cheat day, where you can have whatever you're craving, and know that it's not taking you out of your program, or eating clean. It's just like a reward. Maybe I'm wrong, but it works for me.

Now that I'm nearing the end of Morning Meltdown 100, I'm trying to plan the next one hundred days...
