Fitness and other horror stories

 May 8th came and went, and I forgot to post. 

May 8th.

That simple date marked a whole year of exercising that was derailed by the worst 72 days of a period that I thought would never leave me. Those of you who know me know that it's been hard getting into the routine that I was in. I've put on some weight. I've lost some of the strength that I gained during six months. 

Rather than beat myself.... any more than I have, I decided to restart everything and try to not dwell too much on what I lost, thanks to Aunt Flo. 

So if anyone else is starting any challenges, join me. :) My little one and I will be trying out Shaun T's new workout, and of course, we will continue to walk and see if we can get back to the time we managed to do two miles in before.
