Meet Minty Fresh
Minty Julep Fresh moved to Newcrest after college, and lived in the old Fresh Home, which was built by her great grandparents.
An only child, Minty wanted to have a big happy family with loads of children to dote upon.
Once she started working as a Scientist, she became obsessed with Aliens and other lifeforms in other planets. Though Minty was not looking forward to it, she did get abducted twice, lucky for her, none of those times, she ended up pregnant.
Rose Collins Fresh (Heir of the Not So Berry Challenge)

A while after she started working at the lab, she fell madly in love with Caleb Vatore. However, the relationship was always on and off, thanks to Caleb's lack of committment. Minty found out she was pregnant with her first child, and though Caleb wanted to make amends and raise the child together, Minty told him that she didn't think it was a good idea for them to marry.

And thus, Minty had her first child, a boy called Crimson Vatore Fresh.
Poppy and Rusty Akiyama Fresh
After breaking up with Caleb. Minty decided that she needed extra income to support her child. She accepted a few roommates, and among them she met Laurent Collins. Laurent was an entertainer and didn't have a lot of money. However, he doted upon Crimson and Minty, and so Minty dated him on the rebound. A few weeks after she found out that she was pregnant with her second child, a girl called Rose Collins Fresh.

First Date

A few years later, she met Taku Akiyama who fell deeply in love with her and her children. Taku had had a relationship that hadn't worked out and had a newborn daughter called Hadley Munch. He and Minty got married and raised all the kids as his own.

Minty's influence on her children can still be felt in everything they do and how most of them dote on their children. (I'm looking at you Rose).
